Accelerating the Energy Transition
This year’s Green Power Sweden Summit explores how to accelerate the energy transition in Sweden and Europe – from strategy to implementation. Three thematic blocks highlight energy security, competitiveness, the electricity market and permitting, with special focus on the EU’s increased ambition.
The summit is held under the Green Power Sweden name for the first time, bringing together actors across the energy system. The main language is Swedish, with simultaneous interpretation into English.

When will I receive the invoice for my participation?
Invoices for tickets will be sent out after the conference has ended.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings are binding and cannot be canceled. Tickets may only be resold without profit and with written approval from Green Power Sweden Ekonomisk Förening (769609–1250).
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at the time of booking on Friday, October 10th.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. To change the name on your ticket, please visit the booking page using the link in your booking confirmation. Changes can be made up to three weeks before the conference.
How many conference tickets can I purchase?
There is no maximum limit on the number of conference tickets per company.
How many tickets for the networking dinner can I purchase?
There is no maximum limit on the number of tickets for the networking dinner.
When does the exhibition open and close?
The exhibition will be open from 16:30 to 19:00 on October 13th and from 8:00 to 20:00 on October 14th.
When does the seminar programme start and end?
The seminar programme will run from 16:45 to 17:15 on October 13th, and from 09:00 to 17:00 on October 14th.
When will the programme be released?
The official programme overview was launched in June 2025, and the detailed programme will be released in early September. At this stage, we are continuously adding additional confirmed speakers and session times. Please keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Will the seminar programme be interpreted into English?
Yes, simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided for international guests during the main programme on Day 2. Other sessions will be conducted in English as much as possible.
Do I need to book a spot for specific seminars?
No, you do not need to reserve a spot for individual programme sessions. Your conference ticket grants you access to the entire main programme. Some smaller sessions may be subject to availability.
Is there a hearing loop in the room where the main programme is held?
Yes, the venue for the main programme (Auditorium A1 at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre) is equipped with a hearing loop to assist participants with hearing impairments.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, both the conference venue and the hotel are accessible for people with disabilities. If you require any special assistance, please contact us well in advance of the conference.
Are food and drinks included in the conference ticket?
Yes, coffee, tea, and meals served during the conference hours are included in the registration fee.
