The conference takes place on 13–14 October at the Waterfront Congress Centre in Stockholm – the key meeting place for those driving the energy transition forward. All tickets include access to the full conference program, exhibition, side stage presentations, and networking opportunities.
The popular networking dinner can be added to your conference registration as an add-on, or purchased separately as a standalone ticket.
Please note that the booking of conference tickets closes at 20:00 on 6 October, or subject to availability. The booking of dinner tickets will be kept open until 10 October, or subject to availability.

- Members: 5,000 SEK exkl. 25% VAT
- Non-members: 7,300 SEK exkl. 25% VAT

We offer several ticket options to ensure broad participation across the energy sector. Discounted rates are available for members, public sector employees, non-profit environmental organizations, and students (subject to availability).
Pricing details are available on the booking page.
- Member – For companies that are members of Green Power Sweden.
- Non-member – For all other companies and organizations.
- Public sector – For individuals employed by government agencies, regions, municipalities, universities, or publicly owned higher education institutions. (This category does not apply to employees of publicly owned companies operating on commercial terms.)
- Non-profit environmental organization – For employees of politically and religiously independent, non-profit organizations focused on climate, environment, or nature conservation. The organization must be a registered non-profit and not primarily engaged in commercial activity.
- Student – For students in technical or scientific programs related to renewable energy, or members of political youth organizations. Valid student ID required at check-in. Student tickets will be released one week before the conference, subject to availability. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer any student tickets this year.
Green Power Sweden reserves the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis and may request additional documentation when needed.
On 13 October, Green Power Sweden invites you to a special networking dinner at the Waterfront Congress Centre – an opportunity to meet and connect with stakeholders from across the energy sector in a relaxed and inspiring setting.
The evening also includes the presentation of the Green Power Sweden Electrification Award, launched in 2023 to highlight outstanding contributions to electrification and Sweden’s climate transition.
Please note: Dinner tickets are initially available as an add-on during conference registration. Subject to availability, a limited number of standalone dinner tickets may be released closer to the event.
