Participate as Exhibitor

As an exhibitor, you’ll be positioned at the heart of the conference – the exhibition hall. This is where participants gather between seminars to network, discover new technologies, and discuss potential collaborations. It’s the perfect opportunity to showcase your solutions, meet new customers, and strengthen existing relationships.

The exhibitor booking opened on 27 May at 12:00 for Green Power Sweden’s member companies, who get one week’s priority and a member discount. For non-member companies, the booking opens on 3 June at 10:00. The offer is limited and first come, first served.

Do you want to position your company at the heart of Sweden’s energy transition? As an exhibitor at VIND2025, your company will have a natural presence at the exhibition – among decision-makers, experts and actors from the entire value chain. It is an opportunity to network, showcase your solutions and be part of the most important meeting place of the year for the energy sector.

The exhibitor package includes a 3×2 metre stand space in the exhibition area, with 3×1 metre back and side walls, visibility on the conference webpage, and two full conference tickets. You’ll also have priority access to purchase tickets for the networking dinner. Choose between Exhibitor Package A or B, depending on your preferred location within the venue.
